  Adding a Call Transfer  
   
  Summary
 

Call transfers connect different phone numbers (i.e. people) to one another.  Call transfer can be added to both outbound and inbound campaigns.

   
  Steps
   
  Outbound Campaigns
  1. From the orange menu bar, click Campaign --> Open --> Outbound Phone Calls.
  2. Click the name of the campaign you want to open and then click Open.
  3. Click on the sound file that you want to add the transfer to and click Add Transfer.

  Inbound Campaigns
  1. From the orange menu bar, click Campaign --> Open --> Inbound Phone Calls.
  2. Click the name of the campaign you want to open and then click Open.
  3. Click on the sound file that you want to add the transfer to and click Add Extension.

You can also transfer a call to a a sequence of multiple numbers.  When transferring a call to multiple numbers, the two methods of transferring are Sequentially and Round Robin

Sequentially
The transfer will dial the first number in the sequence of transfer numbers, if it is unavailable, the next number will be dialed and so on. New transfers start at the first number again.

Round Robin
The transfer will dial the first number in the sequence of transfer numbers, if it is unavailable, the next number will be dialed and so on. New transfers dial the next number in the sequence right after where the previous transfer left off.
