Test Calls
To send a test call to a number with an extension, place
and "x" followed by the extension at the end of
the phone number in the phone number field. Below is
an example of formatting a number with extension 200 for a
test call:

To transfer a call to a number with an extension, place and
"x" followed by the extension at the end of the phone
number in the phone number field. Below is an example
of formatting a number with extension 200 for a transfer:
Call Lists
To include numbers with extensions in your call lists, include
two fields in your call lists, NUMBER and EXT. For a number
that has an extension, place the phone number in the NUMBER
field and the extension in the EXT field:
